Orlando Theme Parks and How To Save Money Buying Tickets To Them

With so many world class Orlando theme parks here in central Florida, it’s hard for a family who only has 4 or 5 days of vacation to decide on what to do. Believe me; I understand what they are going thru. Every day I get phone calls from inquiring families trying to cram everything that they can in a small amount of time. The most common questions are the ones asking what Orlando theme parks are the best for the kids.  My answer is always Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom; followed by Sea World Orlando and then Universal Studios / Islands of Adventure (this is where the new Harry Potter is located). For the family who only have 4 or 5 days of play and want to see everything, I have to explain a few very important facts to them so that they can understand the dynamics of the Orlando theme parks and how to successfully do them without breaking the bank and killing one’s self in the process. The first bit of advice is that one can see all of the major theme parks with purchasing for example, the Walt Disney World package tickets. I always explain that with Walt Disney World package tickets, one can see all 4 of the Disney theme parks over a 2 week period (2 weeks from first day of use) and then if they feel that they can physically do any of the other Orlando theme parks, then at that time decide whether to do Islands of Adventure or Sea World Orlando. The reason that I did not include Universal Studios tickets in this equation is simple, with the Disney Tickets, you have Hollywood Studios. This, in my opinion cancels out spending more money on buying Universal Studios tickets and can allow you to see and experience another of Orlando’s theme parks, Sea World Orlando. Sea World Orlando at this moment is also offering a 2nd day free promotion in which you and your family can return within 7 days of your first visit. This is pretty sweet if you ask me. Also their sister park in Tampa, Busch Gardens is offering the same 2nd day free special as well. The most money saving package that I personally feel is in the best interest for a family visiting Orlando on a budget is the Sea World, Busch Gardens, Aquatica Water Park combo ticket. This ticket gives you 14 days of unlimited admissions to all 3 theme parks for as little as $10.43 a day. This in my opinion with a budget chain hotel can give any family that much needed break and most importantly, not break that bank in the process.
