Sea World Orlando and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay Announce Lineup for “Bands, Brew & BBQ”
Sea World and Busch Gardens have officially announced the country and classic rock stars performing at the parks during “Bands, Brew & BBQ” – an event taking place Saturdays and Sundays in February. According to the official announcement, the event “is four weekends of mouth-watering food, fun and music. Rockin’ concerts and all the rides, shows and attractions at Sea World Orlando and Busch Gardens are included with each park’s admission.”
Regulars to the Orlando area and to the country music event will notice immediately the name change that has taken place. Previously, the event had been named “Bud & BBQ”, given that Anheuser-Busch owned Busch Entertainment. However, after the sale of Anhueser-Busch to InBev, and then the subsequent sale of Busch Entertainment (now called Sea World Parks and Entertainment) to the Blackstone Group, the name for the event has been changed to “Bands, Brew & BBQ.”
Guests can enjoy BBQ fare at the event!
In previous years, the only alcoholic beverages sevred at the event were Anheuser-Busch and Bud Beers. It will be interesting to see if there are other alcoholic choices this year at the event. Last year, Viva La Musica, a similar event centered on popular latino music, was held after the sale of Anheuser-Busch to InBev, and alcoholic beverages such as Pina Coladas and Margaritas were sold.
