“Here’s to the Heroes”,  a program that pays tribute to members of U.S. and coalition armed forces and their families by providing them with free admission, has been extended through 2010.  The program provides a single day’s free admission to any one Sea World or Busch Gardens park, Sesame Place, Adventure Island, or Water Country USA for the service member and as many as three of his or her dependents.  Sea World Discovery Cove and Aquatica are not included in the program currently. After a yearlong battle with stomach cancer, Walt Disney’s nephew Roy Edward Disney died Wednesday at the age of 79.   Roy was the son of Roy O. Disney, who co-founded the Disney Entertainment business with Walt in 1923.  Roy E. was born in Los Angeles seven years after his father and uncle began building the Disney empire. Continue reading
